I am laid off yesterday. My May’s salary was overdue for 2 months. I have read a news report that many early education institutions were closed. I should have recognized these as signals and found new job…Since now, I have done two job, in both of which I didn’t pass the assessment and became am official worker. Some lessons from previous work experiences.
- treat the probation period seriously
- actively participate in the work and focus on the result
- integrate into the work team asa and build personal relationship with them
- you may receive vocational training, take that seriously, the feedback from the trainer affects the assessment
- if there is any signals that the company is bad, prepare for the next job asa
- learn from your leaders and prepare for the skills at 1 year earlier.
- focus on important things, know priorities.
